Finishing Services
With our leading edge expertise and technology Master Precision specializes in controlling mirrored machine surface finish to achieve a sharp “knife-edge”. Master Precision is able to achieve the following Flatness/Finishing specifications:

  • Surface Flatness 0.5 microns or better
  • Surface Finish of .05 microns or better Ra.

Our Microscopic Deburring section includes 10 Leica GZ6 Microscope with 10 power magnification. In addition we offer tumble deburring and bead blasting capabilities.
